Shipping
Free worldwide shipping
We offer free standard shipping on every order, to every country we deliver to. No minimum order value.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays. During high-demand periods processing may take slightly longer.

Delivery times are estimates and can vary with customs processing and carrier delays.
Order tracking
When your order ships you'll receive a confirmation email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for tracking information to update.
Customs, duties and taxes
International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes or fees imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.
Incorrect addresses and lost packages
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout; we cannot be responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly provided address. If a package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, contact the carrier first, then reach out to us and we'll help.
Returns & refunds
30-day returns
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible, items must be unworn, unwashed, with all tags and hygiene liners attached and in the original packaging, with proof of purchase.
EU 14-day cooling-off period
If your order is shipped into the European Union, you also have the right to cancel or return it within 14 days for any reason, under the same condition requirements.
How to start a return
- Email aquamiato@inbox.lv with your order number and the item(s) you wish to return.
- Once your return is accepted we'll send you instructions and the return address (Staru iela 22, Katlakalns, Ķekavas novads, LV-2111, Latvia).
- Ship the item back within the return window. Returns sent without prior approval cannot be accepted.
Refunds
We'll notify you once we've received and inspected your return. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank or card issuer may need additional time to post the credit.
Damaged, defective or wrong items
Please inspect your order on arrival and contact us immediately if anything is damaged, defective or incorrect so we can make it right.
Non-returnable items
For hygiene reasons we cannot accept returns on personal care and beauty products. Sale items and gift cards are also final sale.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get a different size or color is to return the original item and place a new order.
