Orders & payment
How do I place an order?
Choose your size and color on the product page, add the item to your cart and follow the secure checkout. You'll receive an order confirmation by email within a few minutes.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit and debit cards, Shop Pay and other payment options shown at checkout. All payments are processed securely; Aquamiato never stores your card details.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible at aquamiato@inbox.lv with your order number. If your order has not yet been processed, we will do our best to update or cancel it.
Shipping & delivery
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders. Delivery times and customs details are on our Shipping & Returns page.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery typically takes 7–14 business days depending on your location; some international destinations may take up to 20 business days.
How can I track my order?
Once your order ships you'll receive an email with a tracking number. Please allow 2–5 days for the tracking status to update.
Will I have to pay customs duties?
International orders may be subject to import duties or taxes charged by your country's customs authority. These charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Returns & refunds
What is your return policy?
You have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Items must be unworn, unwashed, with tags and hygiene liners intact and in the original packaging. EU customers also have a 14-day cooling-off period. Full details are in our Refund Policy.
How do I start a return?
Email aquamiato@inbox.lv with your order number and the item you'd like to return. Once approved, we'll send return instructions. Items sent back without a return request cannot be accepted.
When will I get my refund?
Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days after we receive and inspect your return. Your bank may need a few extra days to post the credit.
Can I exchange an item?
The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order for the size or color you want.

How do I choose the right size?
Use the size chart on each product page and our Size Guide for measuring tips. If you're between sizes in swimwear, we recommend sizing up for comfort.
Can I see how an item looks on me before buying?
Yes. Click Dress Me on supported products, upload a photo and our AI try-on shows the outfit on you.
How should I care for my swimwear?
Rinse in cool water after every wear, hand wash with mild detergent, avoid wringing and dry flat away from direct sunlight. Read our swimwear care guide for more tips.
